Healthcare-Edu is run by our lead nurse instructor Stephanie Victoria with her 14+ years of experience and 8 years of nursing education experience. By addressing the need for essential healthcare professionals in Massachusetts, Healthcare-Edu believes we can uplift our community by empowering our students to pursue a meaningful career in healthcare. We offer a clean and spacious environment with a multitude of classes such as; Phlebotomy, Nursing Assistant; Home Health Aide and more.
Healthcare-edu is an occupational school that specializes in training Healthcare workers. In particular, we offer a growing suite of allied health professional healthcare certificates. Our school has been open for more than 2 years and we have processed over 250 certificates for our students.
Our mission is to provide quality education and training to healthcare workers who are looking to make a difference in the lives of others. We offer flexible schedules, the most experienced educators, and a comfortable adult learning environment. Stephanie Victoria, RN MSN
Owner | Lead Instructor
Mrs. Victoria is a wife, mother of 3, and has been a Registered nurse since 2007. As our lead instructor and owner of the school her experience and accolades speak for themselves. She specialized in Hematology and Oncology at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Nurse Stephanie has earned a Bachelor's degree (BSN) at Simmons University and a Master's Degree of Science in Nursing (MSN) at UMass Dartmouth with a specialization on community Health and Education.
In addition, Mrs. Victoria has held faculty positions and taught students to pass the NCLEX at multiple prestigious 4-year institutions within Massachusetts. With this wealth of experience, she opened Healthcare-Edu in order to empower everyday people to enter the healthcare field and become better providers for their patients, themselves, and their families.

Louise Victoria - LPN
Louise Victoria has been a licensed practical nurse for over a decade and has dedicated her life to helping others. Her support was instrumental in founding Healthcare-Edu. She is an incredible mother of six children, all of whom she loves and cares for deeply. Louise is a tremendously devout Christian and is fluent in English and French. She is a warm ray of sunshine to everyone she encounters.

Sabrina McLean - CNA
Sabrina McLean has been in healthcare for over 15 years , she started as a Activities Coordinator in a long term facility for over 6 years. Her love for people and passion for helping people is what she is known for. After some time she excelled and became a Activities Director , and for the love of the Alzheimer’s and dementia patients she decide to take her education further and became a Alzheimer’s and Dementia Practitioner . She enjoyed certifying , training and educating people on what it is, and what to do while facing different challenges with loved ones battling the disease. Currently she is now a Nurse Assistant as well as a Nurse assistant Instructor at Healthcare’s Edu for over two years.

Theophile Victoria - BA, AS
Theophile Victoria holds an associate's degree in business administration from Massasoit Community College and a bachelor's degree in dance. With his technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills, he works to facilitate all the underlying processes necessary to run an occupational school. Additionally, Theo performs throughout Massachusetts as a dancer and actor.
