The Medication Administration Program (MAP) is a course that allows workers in the group home setting to administer medication.

The course explains transcription, counting medications, and other essential tasks to the administration of meds.

 

Upon completion of this program, you will be able to administer medication safely and effectively in a group home setting.

This online course is available 24/7 to Massachusetts residents and can be completed at your convenience.

Massachusetts licensed curriculum for the MAP course. Students who successfully complete the course will be able to sit for the States Certification process for MAP certification. People who have the MAP certification are able to obtain positions as direct care staff in DDS, DMH and DCF organizations.

 

Classes begin the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month.

 

You need to enroll at least 1.5 weeks in advance to receive your course materials. When you register you will be placed in the upcoming class. Map is just as essential as a Nurse Assistant staff. MAP staff are getting OT and pay increases left and right. Start you career today. Please note that D&S Diversified Technologies may require you to pay additional testing fees if you are not covered by the Department of Mental Health (DMH) or Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
